Paul is Titleist Performance institute qualified (TPI) and specialises in golf fitness, through a full TPI screening test he can pinpoint areas in your body that may be affecting your golf swing and putting your body at risk of injury.

Home workout Videos
Train with Paul at home with a selection of downloadable workout videos. These require no equipment and last around 30 minutes each so they can be part of anybody's daily routine no matter how busy you are
